Fly Fishing Habitat Conservation
Protecting Wild Trout for Future Generations
Since 1986, the Jackson Hole One Fly Foundation has channeled the passion of fly fishing into meaningful conservation action. What began as a celebration of the sport has evolved into one of the most effective vehicles for funding trout habitat restoration and watershed protection in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.
Our mission extends far beyond a single weekend of fishing. We serve as a bridge between anglers who love these waters and the scientists, land managers, and conservation organizations working tirelessly to protect them. Every dollar raised through our annual event and ongoing donations directly supports projects that ensure wild trout populations and their pristine habitats will thrive for generations to come.
The challenges facing our coldwater resources have never been greater. Climate change, increased recreational pressure, and competing water demands all threaten the rivers and streams that define our region. In response, our collective response has been strong and remains up to the challenge. Through strategic partnerships and science-based funding decisions, we’re making a measurable difference across thousands of acres of critical habitat.
